Perforations to USA stamps between 1906-1917 made privately by the Mail-O-Meter Co. on stamps for vending machines. Successor to The Schermack Mailing Machine Company - a Detroit, Michigan based manufacturer of stamp affixing machines, vending machines and private coils, which became Mailometer Co. in 1909.
