This attractive set was the third bird series issued by Sri Lanka May 18, 1987. Designed by G. Ratnavira and printed by Questa. Perf 14. It consisted of four multicoloured stamps: 50c. Emerald collared parakeet, 1r. Legge’s Flowerpecker, 5r. Ceylon White-Headed Starling, 10r. Ceylon Jungle Babbler (Turdoides rufescens).
